My name is Sarah Creagh
Sarah is a passionate advocate for natural health and wellbeing, combining her professional background in healthcare with a genuine commitment to healthy living. As an experienced Speech Pathologist working with children and families, she has spent many years supporting people through education, guidance, and compassionate care.
Sarah is the manager of Super Life Foods, a business built around the belief that good health starts with informed choices, quality nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle. Coming from a family that has long been involved in healthcare through their Brisbane based medical centre, she values evidence-informed education alongside practical, natural approaches to wellbeing.
Living on a family-owned property, Sarah and her family embrace a paddock-to-plate lifestyle wherever possible, growing much of their own fruit and vegetables and prioritising wholesome, minimally processed foods. Her passion for organic, spray-free, and naturally grown products comes not only from business, but from the way her family chooses to live each day.

Story
From Paddock to Plate
Have you ever visited the Northern Rivers region where the mountains meet the ocean and tropical fruits grow in abundance. This is where we're located. We live on a family property originally owned by my grandparents. My grandparents strongly believed in 'Paddock to Plate'. When my grandfather bought the property he transformed it into a tropical fruit farm, where they grew pawpaws, bananas, mangoes, and avocados. My grandmother had a small herd of goats, cows, chickens, and always had fresh vegetables growing in her garden. When we visited as children, we often had fresh eggs, milk, homemade butter, cottage cheese, kefir, and yoghurt, and lots of fresh greens and vegetables to eat. My mother Julia, has handed this teaching down to my siblings and I, just as we have to our children. I’ve been lucky enough to raise my own family on our shared family farm, where my boys have been able to experience picking and eating spray-free fruit off the trees and growing some of our own vegetables, learning the value of eating natural, fresh foods.

My Grandmother, Hope, strongly believed in Paddock to Plate, and handed this down to future generations. We know that not everyone can grow their own fruit and vegetables and make their own products, but we hope to help you get a little closer to this through our carefully selected and naturally sourced products. Our range might not be as extensive as some other online stores, but that's because we're pretty fussy about the products we stock.
