Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

We ship orders Australia-wide using:

  • Australia Post

  • Courier partners (varies based on product weight/size)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through the Wix shipping tool.

2. Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • During peak seasons or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer

We will notify you if delays occur.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery:

  • 2–8 business days within Australia

  • Rural or remote areas may take longer

Delivery estimates are guides only.

4. Shipping for Heavy Items (e.g., Antipodes Water Cases)

Because water cartons are heavy:

  • courier delivery may be required

  • some products (e.g. Antipodes Water Cases) may only be eligible for local delivery or click & collect

If a shipping option is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

5. Warm Weather Considerations (Heat-Sensitive Items)

During hot weather:

  • Chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften or melt

We recommend:

  • choosing express postage in summer

  • ensuring someone is home for delivery

  • we do not deliver to PO Boxes where parcels may sit in heat

We cannot take responsibility for heat-related melting if a package is left outdoors or in a mailbox.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • an email confirmation

  • tracking number

  • carrier information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If you have placed an order for a click and collect delivery, you will recieve an email confirming a suitable time and location for your items to be collected.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

Please check your address carefully at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or missed delivery:

  • reshipping costs may apply

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If an order appears lost in transit:

  • contact us and we will investigate with the courier

  • replacements or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

9. Click & Collect

We offer click & collect for local customers picking up:

  • coffee

  • salt

  • cases of water (avoiding high shipping fees due to the weight of this product)

Pickup Location: 310 Cudgen Rd, NSW 2487 or an agreed local location 
Pickup Hours: Friday or Saturday morning
